Triple B Advisory was established on August 4, 2015, under PT. Bisnis Bersama Berkah. We specialize in providing advisory services for various business transactions and aim to meet the needs of our clients. Our team consists of experts with more than 20 years of experience in banking and the capital market industry, as well as government corporations. We are also supported by associates from various industries.
CEO AND FOUNDER
NOPRIAN FADLI, S.T.,M.M,
Established on August 4, 2015, alongside two other former CIMB Niaga Bank employees, Triple B Advisory offers comprehensive financial services, catering to clients seeking loans from banks or non-bank funders/investors. Under the leadership of Noprian Fadli, the sole remaining founder since January 24, 2020, Triple B Advisory has evolved to include distressed asset management services, expanding its capabilities. With a remarkable career spanning multiple companies and roles, Noprian Fadli brings a wealth of expertise in Corporate Banking loan facilities, PKPU – Bankruptcy, M&A, project financing, corporate restructuring & turnaround plans, and project development. Notably, he served as President Director of PT. Jimbaran Inti Mandiri and Independent Commissioner of PT Grahamas Citrawisata Tbk, are both esteemed members of the Medco Group (2011 – 2014).
Noprian Fadli’s journey began at CIMB Niaga Bank, where he excelled as one of the top graduates of the Bank Niaga Executive Education Program (2001 – 2002). He then progressed as an Account Officer in the Corporate Banking Group (2002 – 2006) before taking on roles at CIMB Group in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, within the Investment Banking Group (2007 – 2009). His tenure at CIMB Niaga Bank culminated in his position as Banking
Head and Caretaker of the Corporate Banking Group Head (2009 – 2010). He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering from the Bandung Institute of Technology (1998) and a Master’s in Management, specializing in Financial Management, from Padjadjaran University (2000).With a strong track record and deep industry knowledge, Noprian Fadli spearheads Triple B Advisory, delivering comprehensive financial solutions and expert guidance to clients.

WINNY ERWINDIA
Winny Erwindia is a prominent figure in Indonesia’s banking, finance, and cooperative sectors. Her career spans leadership roles in various financial institutions, IT banking, securities, and management consulting. Her contributions to these industries are marked by her expertise in governance, compliance, strategic leadership, and organizational development. She currently serves as the Chair of the Supervisory Board at KSP Tunas Mulia Unggul, overseeing governance and compliance, and remains active in management consulting through her Triple B Advisory.
With an exceptional career spanning over 30 years in the banking sector as Area Manager for Eastern Indonesia at Bank Niaga Tbk, Director of Marketing at Bank Jaya, President Director at Bank Bumiputera Tbk, President Director at Bank Kesawan, and President Director at Bank DKI.
In addition to her dedicated role, she participated actively in Organizational Leadership in Finance & Banking such as Deputy Chair at Perbanas East Java, Secretary General & Deputy Chair at Perbanas National, Deputy Chair for BPD at Masyarakat Ekonomi Syariah, Chair at Asosiasi BPD/Asbanda, Chair at Ikatan Auditor Perbanas, and Secretary 2 at Ikatan Bankir Indonesia

Nuzwan Gufron is a skilled IT and cybersecurity professional based in Jakarta, Indonesia. He has worked in a variety of roles, including as a CISO, Senior Partner, President Director, and IT and business consultant, gaining a wealth of experience in IT operations, cybersecurity, and business management.
Nuzwan Gufron’s education includes a Broker Insurance degree from APARI in Jakarta and an Industrial Engineering degree from Pasundan University in West Java. He has also earned several certifications, including Ethical Hacker Certifications and Insurance Broker Competency Certification Levels 5 and 6.
Nuzwan Gufron’s expertise extends to various areas of IT and cybersecurity, such as Palo Alto Networks Cybersecurity, IBM Cybersecurity Analyst, ITCERTS Ethical Hacking and Penetration Testing, and Data Science and Machine Learning. His strong background in IT and cybersecurity makes him an invaluable asset to any organization seeking to improve its cybersecurity posture and IT operations.
Aside from his professional achievements, Nuzwan Gufron is also committed to continuous learning and development. He has completed a Mini-MBA program in Business Management at IBMI and has participated in the Data Science and Machine Learning: Making Data-Driven Decisions program at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Overall, Nuzwan Gufron’s diverse background and impressive skill set make him a highly qualified IT and cybersecurity professional with a deep understanding of business operations.

With an exceptional career spanning over 15 years in the banking sector, he embarked on his professional journey as a management trainee at Bank Mega, where he emerged as the top graduate in his class. Continuously thriving, his latest role in banking involved spearheading the SME and Commercial Department at a renowned state-owned bank. Showcasing a diverse range of skills, his areas of expertise encompass risk management, financial planning, and providing training materials.
In addition to his dedicated role, he generously shares his knowledge and experiences as a part-time facilitator at MarkPlus Institute. His educational foundation includes a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Padjadjaran University in Bandung, Indonesia, which provided him with a solid grounding in economic principles. Furthermore, he pursued further academic excellence by obtaining a Master’s degree in Executive Master of Islamic Finance from INCEIF in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, enriching his understanding of the intricate world of Islamic finance.

With over 15 years of experience in the banking sector, he possesses extensive knowledge spanning corporate finance, credit management, and risk assessment. Prior to joining Triple B Advisory, he held the prestigious position of Head of the Regional Office at a state-owned bank, showcasing his exceptional leadership skills.
Starting as an Officer Development Program (ODP) participant, he swiftly climbed the ranks, excelling in roles such as Branch Manager and Head of Business Development. His primary expertise lies in Financial Modeling and company valuation calculations, reinforced by his esteemed Financial Modeling and Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) certification from the Corporate Finance Institute in Canada. Additionally, he boasts a strong background in Data Analysis and Statistics.
Proficient in data mining and predictive analytics, he skillfully leverages his statistical knowledge to generate meaningful insights for his clients, enabling them to make informed decisions.. By combining his extensive banking experience, expertise in financial modeling, and proficiency in data analysis, he consistently delivers outstanding results and provides invaluable strategic guidance to his clients
